Fairfax Radio Network features a range of quality multimedia content, including live streaming audio of the radio stations across the Fairfax Radio Network and selected audio highlights and regional video news updates (note some services may not be available year round).
Live streaming audio, as well as multimedia highlights, can be accessed via the “Listen live” button on the left navigation of mytalk.com.au.

Fairfax Radio Network uses the latest Windows Media Player to stream its audio and video content, which is compatible with the vast majority of computer set-ups. If you are having problems, the following tips may help you to use the service.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
The following troubleshooting guide assumes you are already successfully connected to the Internet.
To play Fairfax Radio Network audio and video, you will need a PC or Macintosh with a modern browser, the most recent version of Windows Media Player and an Internet connection. Some companies may also block streaming multimedia.
Broadband Internet is strongly advised, as audio typically drops out on dial-up connections and video may not show at all on slower connections.
1. Are you accessing the audio or video via a corporate network?
Some companies allow Internet access but block access to media streaming. If you are having difficulties, check your company’s policy on Internet streaming.
2. Check your Internet browser version?
Internet Explorer version 6 or later or Firefox (Mozilla) version 1.4 or later is recommended. To check the version of your Internet browser, select “Help” from the top menu and then the “About …” option. A dialogue box appears that will show you the version you are running.

Both programs are available for PC or Mac, so check you are downloading the correct version for your computer.
3. Do you have Windows Media Player?
Microsoft Windows Media Player is also a free program which is available for PC or Mac. You need this program to play the audio and video content, and may experience problems if you have an outdated version of the program. Microsoft Windows Media Player 11 or later is recommended.
If you know you have Windows Media Player already, but are not sure what version you are running, find out using the following steps:
